From new members to daily regulars — every ringgit you wager brings you one step closer to the next VIP tier. Five membership levels, increasingly valuable rewards, and a level of treatment that truly sets you apart from ordinary players.
There is a big difference between simply playing on an online casino platform and actually being valued as a loyal player. At Kenzo118, we believe that every player who spends their time and entrusts their entertainment to our platform deserves more than just access to games. They deserve a different level of treatment — and that's exactly why the Kenzo118 VIP Rewards Program was created.
VIP Program Kenzo118 is a loyalty programme designed exclusively for Malaysian players, featuring five membership tiers each offering increasingly valuable rewards. Starting from Bronze – open to all new members – all the way up to the top-tier Diamond, which comes with up to 20% cashback, 5-minute instant withdrawals, and a dedicated personal VIP account manager available whenever you need them.
The way this program works is straightforward and transparent. Every time you place a bet on any game at Kenzo118 — whether it's slots, Live Casino, poker, Fish Shooting, Sports Betting, or jackpots — you automatically accumulate VIP Points. Every RM 1 wagered earns 1 VIP Point. Once your accumulated points hit the threshold for the next tier, you are upgraded automatically and immediately enjoy all the rewards that come with your new level.
What makes this VIP program Kenzo118 what sets it apart from other platforms is its transparency and how well it fits the way Malaysian players actually play. No hidden conditions that make it difficult to maintain your VIP status. No overly tight limits that prevent new members from enjoying the benefits. And most importantly — all VIP rewards can be used across all games, not restricted to specific categories.
For deposits, Kenzo118 accepts all Malaysian local payment methods – DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is just RM 10, with funds arriving in under 60 seconds. The more regularly you deposit and play, the faster your VIP points accumulate toward the next tier.

FAQ
VIP Member Voices
"I've been a kenzo118 Diamond VIP member for nearly 2 years now, and nothing else comes close in terms of service. My VIP account manager always responds within minutes whenever I have a question or issue. The 20% weekly cashback genuinely makes a difference – last month I got back RM 3,400 in cashback alone. The 5-minute withdrawals work exactly as promised."
"Went from Silver to Gold in just 3 weeks after focusing on slots over the weekend to take advantage of the double points. Once I received the RM 388 upgrade bonus, I put it straight into jackpot games and walked away with another RM 4,200. Now I'm pushing for Platinum – already sitting at close to 160,000 points. The points system at kenzo118 is genuinely transparent; you can see every point credited in real time from the dashboard."
"I mainly bet on the Malaysia Super League and EPL at kenzo118. While the points rate for Sports Betting is slightly lower, the 12% cashback as a Platinum member still makes a real difference for me. The RM 500 birthday bonus last year genuinely caught me off guard – kenzo118 actually remembered, and the money landed in my account the day before my birthday. The VIP treatment here is on a different level compared to other platforms I've tried."
Responsible Gaming
VIP rewards are a recognition of your loyalty — not a reason to play beyond your means. We are committed to the well-being of all our members.
Even as a Diamond VIP member, it's important to set a daily or weekly deposit limit that reflects your financial situation. Kenzo118 lets you configure these limits directly from your account dashboard — and they apply to all members, including those with no withdrawal cap.
The kenzo118 VIP Programme is designed to reward loyal players who enjoy entertainment responsibly – not to push you into playing beyond your means. Cashback and reload bonuses are added perks, not targets to chase at the expense of your limits.
If you need a break from playing, kenzo118's self-exclusion feature is available to all members, including VIP Diamond. Activating self-exclusion does not affect your VIP status – your accumulated points and tier are fully preserved throughout the break.
The Kenzo118 VIP Program is open to individuals aged 18 and above only. Age verification is conducted during registration. Make sure your VIP account is protected with a strong password and never shared with anyone.
Sign up for free, deposit from RM 10, and instantly become a kenzo118 VIP Bronze member with a RM 88 welcome bonus. Every round brings you closer to Gold, Platinum, and ultimately – Diamond.
